Ownership Structure

First Resources Limited has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2007 and complies with the rules and regulations of the stock exchange. As at 10 March 2023, three substantial shareholders, Eight Capital Inc., FMR LLC and Infinite Capital Fund Limited own 66.6%, 6.1% and 5.7% respectively. Approximately 21.6% of First Resources' shares are held in the hands of public.
