We offer a wide range of products, from crude palm oil (CPO) and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) to refined palm- and lauric-based products, including biodiesel. At our processing facilities, CPO is refined into bleached and deodorised palm oil (RBDPO). The RBDPO then undergoes fractionation, a crystallisation process, to produce RBD palm olein, which is commonly used as cooking oil, and RBD palm stearin, which is used in food and industrial applications. Through our biodiesel plants, RBDPO can also be converted, through a trans-esterification process, into palm-based methyl ester (PME), also known as biodiesel.
Palm kernel (PK), a supplementary product of CPO production, is crushed in our kernel crushing plants to produce CPKO and palm kernel expeller/meal, the latter of which is used as an ingredient in compound animal feed. The residual palm kernel shells are used as biomass fuel in the boilers across our facilities.
The quality and specifications of our palm- and lauric-based products are based on the standards set by the Palm Oil Refiners Association of Malaysia (PORAM) and Malayan Edible Oils Manufacturers’ Association (MEOMA). Our products are sold to both the domestic and international markets, serving palm oil refiners, traders and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
In addition to the above, we also produce a range of palm- and lauric-based oleochemicals and specialty downstream products to serve diverse customer needs. At our oleochemical processing facilities, we manufacture palm- and lauric-based fatty acids and glycerine (both crude and refined). These products serve as key raw materials for home and personal care, industrial, and food-related applications and are produced under strict quality control to ensure consistent performance. We also produce specialty fats and consumer-packed cooking oils, tailored to various end-use requirements and packaging forms. Our specialty fats are formulated for applications such as confectionery, bakery, and other food additive and processing uses, while our packed cooking oils cater to both retail and foodservice channels, including the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering) segment. With some of our plantations, palm oil mills, and processing plants certified under the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), we are able to offer RSPO- and ISCC-certified palm- and lauric-based products.
